Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

3-4 ripe bananas mashed

1/3 cup butter melted

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

 

1. Preheat oven 350 degree and prepare the loaf pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray then dusting it with flour.

2. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork in a large bowl. 

3. Melt the butter in the microwave in a separate bowl then pour in the large bowl with the bananas.

4. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix together.

5. In the same bowl pour in the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and flour, then stir to combine.

6.  Pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan.

7.  Bake 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean then remove from oven.

8.  Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan.  Enjoy!
