Peanut Clusters
1 lb unsalted peanuts
1 lb salted peanuts
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz milk chocolate chips
20 oz peanut butter chips
2 lb white almond bark
- In a crockpot layer all the ingredients except the bark starting with the peanuts.
- Break apart the bark and place in the crockpot as the last layer
- Turn on low, cover with the lid, and leave to cook 1 hour
- After the hour remove the lid, stir and combine
- Replace the lid and cook another 30 minutes, make sure it doesn't burn
- Stir again
- Spoon mixture in small piles onto wax paper
- let cool and harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
