- 4lb Pork Loin

BBQ Sauce

Pour enough water into the crockpot to cover the bottom. Place the pork loin in and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5. Once the pork loin is done if there is enough then pour out the pork broth and freeze. Take out the pork loin and shred with a fork or meat shredders. Place the meat back into the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce on the meat. Stir and heat until warm. Enjoy on a bun, on tortilla chips, or plain!
